Full details

The Tiger II, unofficially known as the King Tiger, was developed in 1943 and produced by Henschel from 1944 onwards. It combined exceptionally strong armor protection with high firepower. The front armor had a thickness of up to 150 mm, making it impenetrable to enemy tank rounds, while the side armor of the tub design was up to 80mm thick. This model kit features fine surface details, a rotating turret with a height-adjustable cannon, and injection-molded tracks. The turret hatches can be displayed open. Please note that the Zimmerit (anti-mine coating) is not included. The kit allows for the authentic representation of two different versions of the Tiger II tank: one representing the Heavy Tank Division 503 on the Eastern Front in Hungary in October 1944, and the other representing the Heavy Tank Division 506 on the Western Front in March 1945. The box contents include the model kit, building instructions, and decals for personalization. Paints are sold separately.
