Troubleshooting

Speaker does not turn on

Ensure the speaker is adequately charged. Connect the charging cable and check if an indicator light appears. Try a different charging cable or power source.

Cannot connect via Bluetooth

Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (usually indicated by a flashing light). Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range. Turn both devices off and on again, then re-attempt pairing. Forget the 'RED5 T100' device on your source device and try pairing anew.

No sound or distorted audio

Check the volume level on both the speaker and the connected device. Ensure the correct audio source is selected. If using a TF card or USB, verify the audio file format is supported and the media is not corrupted. Restart the speaker.

LED lights not functioning

The LED lights are typically linked to music playback. Ensure music is playing. If they remain off, check if there's a specific button to toggle them, or restart the speaker. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
