Designed for professionals and students who need to store large-format documents, the Oxford A3 Punched Pockets offer superior durability and organization for charts, blueprints, and presentations. These 120-micron pockets provide robust protection for important papers, ensuring they remain tear-free and copysafe in standard binders; however, their landscape orientation and A3 size require compatible large-format ring binders or lever arch files for proper storage.

No, these are designed for A3 landscape format and will extend past the edge of a standard A4 binder.
Yes, the polypropylene material is copysafe and acid-free, making them suitable for long-term archival storage.
While it can technically hold multiple pages, it is designed for a single A3 document to maintain the best clarity and ease of access.
The material is clear/glossy to ensure maximum visibility for charts and technical drawings.
The punch strip is reinforced, but it is recommended not to force the binder rings closed if the binder is already at maximum capacity.
Avoid overloading the binder and ensure the weight of the document is distributed evenly; consider using a sheet lifter in the binder.
Ensure the ink is completely dry before filing and avoid storing in high-heat environments, which can sometimes affect the copysafe coating.
To maximize the life of your A3 punched pockets, ensure you use them with a compatible landscape A3 binder. When inserting documents, avoid overstuffing the pocket to prevent bending or creasing of the internal paper. If the pocket becomes dusty, wipe the exterior with a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners or solvents, as these can cloud the clarity of the polypropylene. Store your binders in an upright position in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the plastic from becoming brittle over time.
