Troubleshooting

Footstool feels unstable or uneven.

Ensure the footstool is placed on a flat, stable surface. If the knitting has shifted, gently pat and reshape the pouffe.

Cotton cover shows signs of soiling.

Spot clean the affected area with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent. Blot gently and allow to air dry.

Knit appears to be loosening or unraveling.

If a thread is loose, gently tuck it back in or trim carefully with scissors. Avoid pulling on loose threads.

Footstool loses its shape over time.

Gently pat and reshape the pouffe regularly. For minor compression, it may naturally regain some firmness. Avoid placing excessively heavy items on it consistently.
