Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation: Ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned and completely dry before application. Remove any dust, grease, or residue. For best results on very smooth surfaces, a light sanding (followed by cleaning) can sometimes improve adhesion, though it's not always necessary.
Compatibility: This paint is suitable for glass, tiles, mirrors, shower screens, polycarbonate, and acrylic glazing. It is not recommended for porous surfaces or surfaces that are frequently handled or heavily abraded.
Application: The paint can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray gun. Stir the paint well before use. Apply thin, even coats. Allow each coat to dry sufficiently before applying the next. Drying times will vary based on temperature and humidity.
Care: Once dry, the coating is water-repellent and can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these could damage the paint film. For removal, simply peel the paint film away from the surface. If it proves difficult to lift an edge, a plastic scraper or a little warm, soapy water can help.
