The A4 White 1-31 Index Dividers are designed for administrative professionals, students, and home organizers who require a systematic approach to document management. These dividers provide the essential utility of chronological or numerical sorting for large sets of paperwork, significantly improving retrieval speed. While they are highly effective for standard A4 filing, users should note that they are pre-printed and do not offer customizable tab labeling, which may limit their utility for users requiring specific category-based organization.

These dividers are designed for A4 paper. They may not fit US Letter-sized binders correctly due to the difference in paper height and hole punch spacing.
These dividers feature durable, reinforced paper tabs.
No, this product includes only the set of 31 tabbed dividers and an index sheet.
The tabs are printed numerically from 1-31 and are not designed to be relabeled or changed.
Yes, the index sheet is blank-lined, allowing you to manually write the titles corresponding to each numerical tab.
Ensure that the documents being filed are strictly A4 sized and correctly aligned to the binder's edge.
Verify that your binder is a standard A4 format; some specialized planners or smaller notebook sizes may use different hole spacing.
To install, simply open your ring binder or lever arch file and insert the dividers in numerical order. Ensure the punched holes align correctly with your file's rings. For the best organization, fill out the included index sheet before placing it at the front of your folder for immediate reference. To maintain the life of the dividers, store your binders in a dry, dust-free environment. Avoid overfilling your binders, as excessive pressure can cause the paper tabs to crumple or tear over time.
