No, this product does not include an ice pack; however, there is sufficient room inside to add your own.
The material is wipe-clean and resistant to light moisture, but it should not be submerged in water or left in heavy rain.

Use a mixture of warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap on a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a clean towel.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper teeth and gently clear any crumbs or debris from the track.
There is no complex setup required for this product; it is ready to use immediately upon unboxing. Regarding care, the bag is designed for a wipe-clean routine. Use a damp, soft cloth with mild soap to wipe down the interior lining after any spills. For the quilted exterior, avoid harsh scrubbing brushes which may snag the fabric; a gentle wipe-down is sufficient to remove dust or minor surface debris. It is compatible with most standard square or rectangular food storage containers, though extremely wide or oversized bowls may not fit the vertical profile.
