While the unit offers significant flexibility with its automatic retracting mechanism, it requires a solid mounting surface, such as concrete or sturdy wood, to ensure long-term stability.

Installation requires securing the main housing to a wall and the support pole to a base plate or floor surface. Ensure your mounting location consists of concrete, cement, or solid wood to prevent the awning from swaying. To maintain the unit, wipe the aluminum frame with a damp cloth periodically. It is recommended to keep the screen retracted during periods of heavy wind or storms to prevent damage to the fabric. If the fabric becomes wet during rain, allow it to dry fully before retracting it for an extended period to prevent mildew.
