FAQs
Is the PUMA X HYROX Trucker Cap one-size-fits-all?
Yes, it features an adjustable snapback closure that allows it to fit most adult head sizes comfortably.
Can I put this cap in the washing machine?
No, machine washing can damage the structure of the cap. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the shape and branding.
Is the mesh material durable?
The mesh is constructed from high-quality, durable fibers designed to withstand regular athletic use and ventilation needs.
Does this cap offer protection from the sun?
While it features a brim that helps shield your eyes from direct sunlight, it is primarily designed for ventilation rather than complete UV blockage.
Is this cap suitable for both men and women?
Yes, the PUMA X HYROX Trucker Cap is a unisex product designed to fit all adults.
Troubleshooting
The cap feels too loose or slides off during movement.
Adjust the rear snapback closure by one or two notches to ensure a tighter, more secure fit around the crown of the head.
The front panel appears wrinkled after storage.
Stuff the front of the cap with a small towel or t-shirt while it is stored to help the fabric regain its intended structural shape.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Excellent ventilation for high-intensity training
- Stylish branding suitable for gym and casual wear
- Highly adjustable snapback for a secure fit
- Durable design that retains its structure
Cons
- High-profile trucker fit may not suit every head shape
- Not intended for underwater use or swimming
- Hand-wash only to preserve the structural integrity
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To achieve the ideal fit, place the cap on your head and use the rear snapback strap to tighten or loosen the circumference until it feels secure but not restrictive. The cap is a unisex design, compatible with most adult head sizes. To maintain the cap's shape and color, avoid machine washing. Instead, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. If deep cleaning is necessary, hand wash in cool water and allow it to air dry on a rounded surface to prevent the front panel from creasing or losing its stiffness.
