Store in a cool, dry place inside the original carry bag, ensuring it is completely dry before folding.
This gear is designed for general camping use and is not specifically rated for extreme alpine or high-altitude environments.
Inspect the pole for structural integrity. If significantly bent, do not attempt to force it; contact customer support for replacement parts.
No. Pressure washing can damage the protective coating of the fabric. Always clean by hand using a damp cloth.
Ensure all poles are fully inserted into their respective sleeves or hubs and that the base is spread completely flat.
Check all tension points and adjust the guy lines or corner stakes to ensure even distribution of tension.
Allow the mud to dry, then brush it off with a soft-bristled brush. Use a damp cloth for any remaining residue.
Setting up the gear involves a straightforward mechanical assembly. Ensure you are on level ground, free of sharp rocks or debris that could compromise the base. To maintain the equipment, always brush off loose soil after use. If the material becomes wet, allow it to air-dry completely in a shaded, well-ventilated area before folding it for storage. Never machine wash the components; use only a damp cloth with mild soap for spot cleaning. Store in the provided carry bag in a dry environment to prevent fabric degradation.
