FAQs
What size TV can this unit support?
The unit is designed for mounting a TV, but the specific TV size and weight capacity depend on your wall's structural integrity and the mounting hardware used. Always ensure your wall can support the combined weight of the unit and your television.
Do I need a professional to install this?
While assembly can be done by a competent DIYer, wall mounting requires care. We recommend consulting a professional for mounting if you are not experienced with wall installations or are unsure about your wall's suitability for the load.
What is the power requirement for the LED lights?
The LED lights require a certified 5V USB power source. This is not included with the product, so you will need to provide your own USB adapter or power bank.
Can I arrange the cabinets in a different configuration?
The set includes separate cabinet units and shelves, offering some flexibility in arrangement. However, the overall structure is designed for a cohesive look, and significant deviations might affect stability or aesthetics.
How do I clean the Sonoma Oak finish?
Clean the surface with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Wipe dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or furniture polish, as they may damage the finish.
Are the LED light colors customizable?
Yes, the unit is equipped with RGB LED lights that offer various customizable color options and settings to suit your preference or mood.
What are the dimensions of the individual units?
The delivery contains two wall cabinets measuring 40 x 30 x 30 cm (L x W x H) each, one larger wall cabinet measuring 100 x 30 x 30 cm (L x W x H), and two wall shelves measuring 80 x 11.5 x 18 cm (L x W x H) each.
Troubleshooting
Unit is unstable after mounting
Ensure all mounting screws are tightened securely into the wall. Verify that the correct type of wall anchors and screws for your wall material have been used. Re-check the assembly steps for any missed connections.
LED lights are not working
Confirm that the USB cable is properly connected to the unit and the 5V USB power source. Test the power source with another device. Ensure the LED strip is correctly attached to its designated connection point.
Assembly is difficult or parts do not align
Double-check that you are using the correct parts as indicated in the assembly manual for each step. Ensure pieces are oriented correctly before fastening. If parts seem misaligned, loosen screws slightly, adjust, and then retighten.
Surface finish appears damaged
Avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals. For minor scuffs, try a gentle wood polish suitable for engineered wood. For significant damage, contact customer support for potential solutions or replacement parts.
