Ensure the frame is fully assembled and square. Check that the cover is oriented correctly and pull it taut before securing the extended edges or any tie-down points. Extreme temperatures can affect plastic fit; allow it to acclimate to ambient temperature.

Check for obstructions in the zipper track, such as debris or fabric. Gently clean the zipper with a damp cloth and, if necessary, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant or wax stick to ease movement.

Utilize the extended edges of the cover to weigh down the greenhouse with heavy objects like sandbags, bricks, or stones. For more permanent solutions, consider using stakes or ground anchors through the frame base or cover edges, ensuring they are appropriate for your ground type.

Small tears can be repaired using greenhouse repair tape or heavy-duty waterproof tape. Ensure the area around the tear is clean and dry before applying the tape firmly.
