Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, ensure you have appropriate heavy-duty wood screws and wall anchors if attaching to masonry. For fence-top installation, use secure brackets that can withstand wind load. As these panels are made from pressure-treated timber, they are protected against decay, but you should avoid cutting the wood where possible. If you must cut the panels to fit a specific area, apply an end-grain preservative to the cut area to maintain rot resistance. To keep the timber looking fresh, you may apply a wood stain or paint after the initial "settling-in" period of a few months. Periodically check that all mounting points remain tight, especially following high-wind events.
