No, this piece is intended for indoor display only. Exposure to moisture, rain, and extreme temperature fluctuations may damage the solid wood.
It weighs approximately 2.8kg, providing a solid and stable feel.
Because each piece is hand-carved in Indonesia, minor variations in the wood grain, texture, and carving depth are to be expected, making each item unique.
Simply dust the piece with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, liquid cleaners, or water.
The carving stands approximately 37cm tall.
Use a clean, soft-bristled artist paintbrush or a can of compressed air to gently remove dust from the intricate jaw and eye areas.
Adhere thin felt pads or a non-slip silicone mat to the underside of the base to protect display surfaces.
To display the dragon head, ensure the surface is level and capable of supporting at least 3kg of weight. Because the base is solid wood, you may choose to attach small felt furniture pads to the bottom to prevent scratching your display furniture. To care for the sculpture, dust it weekly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using water or liquid furniture polishes, as excess moisture can penetrate the wood grain and potentially warp the material. If the wood appears dull after several years, a light application of high-quality wood wax may be used to restore its natural sheen.
