Product Information

Full details

The Flexi New Classic Tape Dog Lead in Red is designed for dog owners seeking a secure and comfortable walking experience for dogs up to 15 kg. Its key benefit is the reliable braking system for easy control and the option to add accessories for enhanced functionality. A potential caveat is its 5-meter tape length, which might be limiting for dogs requiring a longer lead. This lead offers adjustable control, durability, and versatility with optional attachments.

Troubleshooting

Lead does not retract smoothly

Check for any obstructions or dirt along the tape. Ensure the tape is not twisted. Gently pull the tape out fully and retract slowly, ensuring it goes in straight. Clean the housing if debris is suspected.

Braking system feels stiff or stuck

The mechanism may require cleaning. Extend the tape fully, then carefully clean the edges of the tape and inside the opening of the housing with a dry cloth. Avoid using lubricants, as they can attract dirt.

Tape is fraying or damaged

Discontinue use immediately and replace the lead. Continued use with a damaged tape poses a safety risk.

Accessory attachment is loose

Remove the accessory and reattach it, ensuring it clicks firmly into place. Check the accessory for any damage that might prevent a secure fit.
