SUNKISS TrustPlus Incontinence Disposable Underwear is designed for adults seeking reliable, high-capacity leak protection during the day or throughout the night. These pull-ups feature a specialized dual-core system and odor-control technology to provide maximum security while remaining soft and breathable; however, because they are designed for heavy absorbency, they may feel bulkier than standard underwear under very tight-fitting clothing.

Yes, the dual-core absorbent system is specifically designed to handle the higher volume of fluid expected during overnight wear.
No, SUNKISS TrustPlus underwear is strictly manufactured without natural rubber latex.
You can either pull them down like normal underwear or tear the pre-perforated side seams for quick removal.
No, these are fragrance-free to protect against skin sensitivities.
While they feature a discreet fit, the heavy-duty absorbency core may be visible under very tight or form-fitting clothing.
No, this is a single-use disposable product and should be discarded after one use.
Ensure the interior leg gathers are pulled out and not tucked inward when putting on the underwear.
Verify that the elastic strands are properly distributed around the hips and are not bunched up.
Because these are single-use disposable garments, there is no setup required. Ensure you choose the correct size based on your waist measurements to guarantee the leg gathers function as intended. While these are designed to be breathable, we recommend changing the product as soon as it reaches capacity to maintain skin health. Store the unopened package in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the absorbent materials. Do not flush the product; dispose of it in a waste bin after use.
