The dual baskets can typically be washed with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Many models are also dishwasher safe; refer to your user manual for specific instructions.

Can I cook two different types of food at the same time?

Yes, the dual basket design allows you to cook two different dishes simultaneously. For best results, try to select foods with similar cooking times or adjust manually.

What is the 'Turn/Shake Food' reminder for?

This feature alerts you at the halfway point of the cooking cycle, prompting you to turn or shake the food in the baskets to ensure even browning and crispiness.

What does the 'Crisper' pre-set program do?

The 'Crisper' program is designed to add an extra layer of crispiness to food, ideal for reheating leftovers or enhancing the texture of certain cooked items.

Is it possible to use only one basket at a time?

Yes, you can operate the air fryer using only one of the dual baskets if you are cooking a smaller portion or a single item.

What is the maximum cooking time?

The air fryer features a digital timer that can be set up to 99 minutes.

Troubleshooting

Air fryer not turning on

Check that the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Ensure the baskets are correctly inserted.

Uneven cooking results

Ensure food is arranged in a single layer in each basket. Utilize the 'Turn/Shake Food' reminder for optimal results. Avoid overcrowding the baskets.

Display is not responding

Unplug the air fryer for 30 seconds, then plug it back in to reset the unit. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Food sticking to the basket

Lightly coat food with oil before cooking or ensure the basket surface is adequately non-stick. Clean the baskets thoroughly after each use.
