The Sealey MK59 Heavy-Duty Panel Stand is an essential tool for automotive technicians and body shop professionals needing a reliable, stable base for paint prep or collision repair on large vehicle components. It offers exceptional versatility through its adjustable arm configuration and 360-degree rotation, ensuring panels can be positioned at the perfect angle for precision work; however, users should note that the stand's footprint requires a significant amount of dedicated floor space to operate effectively in busy workshops.

The Sealey MK59 reaches a maximum height of 1600mm.
Yes, the adjustable arms are specifically designed to accommodate the varied shapes of commercial bumpers and tailgates.
Sealey provides a standard manufacturer's warranty; please check your original documentation or the Sealey website for registration details.
The 180mm fixed wheels are designed for standard workshop flooring; however, ensure floors are clear of small parts or fasteners to prevent binding.
The stand is equipped with two braked castors which should be depressed to lock the unit in a stationary position.
Verify that all braked castors are fully engaged and that the load is balanced across the support arms.
Check that the locking tension knobs on the swivel joints are loosened and ensure no debris has entered the pivot points.
Inspect the wheel bearings for metal shavings or grit and clear any blockages from the wheel path.
To set up the MK59, lay out all steel components to ensure no hardware is missing. Follow the included manual to attach the base frame, ensuring the fixed wheels and braked castors are correctly oriented. Tighten all fasteners securely before placing a load on the arms. To maintain the unit, check the castor brakes regularly to ensure they bite properly into the floor, and wipe down the powder-coated finish with a damp cloth after painting tasks to prevent chemical build-up. Always store the stand in a dry environment to prevent rust within the adjustable arm mechanisms.
