Troubleshooting

No video signal or poor image quality

Check all cable connections are secure. Ensure the camera's video format (AHD/TVI/CVI/CVBS) is correctly set to match your DVR/XVR. Verify the power supply is adequate (DC12V 500mA).

Camera not powering on

Confirm the DC 12V power supply is correctly connected and functioning. Test with a known working power supply if possible.

Night vision is not activating or is weak

Ensure the camera is in a sufficiently dark environment (under 10 Lux). Check that the IR LEDs are not obstructed and that the IR status is set to 'Under 10 Lux by CDS'.

Image is noisy or grainy

Utilize the Digital Noise Reduction (DNR) feature if available via your DVR/XVR. Ensure cables are not damaged and connections are clean.
