Troubleshooting
Carrycot does not click securely onto the pushchair frame.
Ensure both the carrycot and the pushchair frame are clean and free from debris. Verify that you are using the correct Nuna MIXX Next pushchair frame. Realign the connection points and apply firm, even pressure until the click is heard.
Dream Drape™ magnets are not aligning properly.
Check for any obstructions or wrinkles in the fabric where the magnets are meant to connect. Ensure the Dream Drape™ is fully extended and smooth.
Fabric appears faded or discolored.
This may be due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Store the carrycot out of direct sun when not in use. Clean according to care instructions.
Carrycot feels unstable on the pushchair frame.
Double-check that the carrycot is correctly and fully attached to the frame. Ensure the stroller brakes are engaged when the carrycot is attached.
