Troubleshooting

Missing pieces

While rare due to Ravensburger's quality control, if you suspect a piece is missing, double-check the box and surrounding area thoroughly. Contact Ravensburger customer service with your puzzle details for potential assistance.

Pieces don't fit together well

Ensure you are using pieces from the correct area of the puzzle. Ravensburger pieces are precisely cut, so forcing pieces can damage them. Verify the piece shapes and surrounding patterns for a correct match.

Puzzle image is unclear or blurry

The puzzle uses high-quality printing, but ensure the room lighting is adequate and that the surface is not excessively glossy or reflective, which can affect image clarity. The linen-structured paper is designed to minimize glare.
