The DB Journey Ramverk Alu suitcase is designed for the frequent traveler who demands a blend of extreme durability and minimalist Scandinavian aesthetics. Its primary strength lies in its robust aluminium frame construction and a repairable design that ensures longevity, though potential users should note that the metallic build adds more weight compared to traditional polycarbonate alternatives.

While the aluminium construction provides a high level of weather resistance, it is not completely watertight and should not be submerged.
At 67.8 cm in height, this medium-sized case is generally intended for checked baggage and may exceed standard carry-on limits for most airlines.
The interior fabric can be spot-cleaned with a mild detergent and water. Ensure it is completely dry before closing the suitcase for storage.
The rivet-less design allows for modular repairs, meaning individual parts can be swapped out without destroying the structural integrity of the case.
Yes, aluminium is a malleable metal. While it is extremely strong and will protect your items from impact, it may develop cosmetic dents and scratches, which many travelers view as a 'patina' of travel.
Consult the DB Journey official support documentation for the master override process or visit an authorized repair center.
Check the wheel housing for debris or trapped threads and remove them carefully.
Ensure the handle is fully retracted and extended in a straight motion; do not force it if resistance is felt.
Setting up the suitcase involves setting your custom combination on the TSA-approved locks; always refer to the manual for your specific model's code reset sequence. To maintain the aluminium exterior, wipe down the case with a soft, damp cloth after your trip to remove dust and grime. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents which can scratch the metallic finish. Because the case features a rivet-less design, if any component, such as a wheel or handle, sustains damage, it can be replaced by a professional technician rather than requiring you to replace the entire suitcase.
