You can control the fan using the buttons on the control panel or the included remote control. The remote allows you to adjust speed, mode, timer, and oscillation.
The fan has three modes: Normal, Sleep, and Natural. Normal mode provides a consistent airflow, Sleep mode decreases the fan speed gradually, and Natural mode simulates a natural breeze.
Press the timer button on either the control panel or the remote control. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the operating time, up to 10 hours.
Unplug the fan. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Use a brush or vacuum to clean the air intake and outlet grilles. Ensure the fan is completely dry before use.
The remote control uses a standard battery type (refer to the user manual for exact specifications).
The user manual is included in the product packaging and can also be found on the Emperial website.
The Emperial Tower Fan comes with a standard warranty (refer to the product documentation for the specific duration and terms).
Check if the fan is properly plugged into the power outlet. Ensure the power outlet is functioning correctly. Check the fan's power button and remote control batteries.
Check if the oscillation function is enabled via the control panel or remote. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the fan's movement.
Unplug the fan and check for any obstructions in the fan blades. Clean the fan blades and grilles. If the noise persists, contact customer support.
