Product Information

Full details

The Safetots Extra Tall Play Pen is designed for parents seeking a versatile and secure play area for their child. Its key benefit is the customizable configuration using modular panels, allowing it to adapt to various home layouts. A potential consideration is the need for additional extension panels if a larger space is required, though the core unit provides a substantial play zone.

Troubleshooting

Panels do not connect securely

Ensure the connectors are fully aligned and pushed together until a click is heard. Check for any debris obstructing the connection points.

Gate does not lock properly

Verify that the gate is fully closed. Ensure the double-locking mechanism is engaged correctly by pushing the release buttons and sliding the lock simultaneously. Check for any obstructions in the locking mechanism.

Playmat is not staying in place

Ensure the fastening straps on the playmat are securely attached to the designated points on the playpen panels. Make sure the mat is lying flat within the den.

Playpen feels unstable

Confirm that all panel connectors are fully secured and that the panels are arranged in a stable configuration. If using on an uneven surface, consider adjusting panel placement or using additional stabilizers if available.
