The HikMicro Condor 2.0 CQ35L is a high-performance thermal monocular designed for wildlife enthusiasts, field researchers, and rescue personnel who require precise long-range detection in challenging environments. Its primary benefit is the combination of a high-definition 640 x 512 thermal sensor with an integrated laser rangefinder, allowing for accurate target identification and distance measurement in complete darkness. However, users should note that the device's advanced thermal sensitivity requires careful calibration and steady handling to maximize image clarity in varied weather conditions.

The device has a detection range of up to 1,800 meters depending on environmental conditions and target size.
While the device is built for field use, heavy rain or fog may scatter the laser pulse, potentially affecting range accuracy.
The battery provides over 6.5 hours of continuous runtime on a full charge.
The unit is designed with a durable, weather-resistant housing suitable for outdoor field operations.
Yes, the device supports video and image capture to assist in documentation during your observation sessions.
Adjust the diopter wheel on the eyepiece for your vision, then use the manual focus ring on the front objective lens to refine the image.
Ensure the lens is clean and that there are no obstructions between the laser emitter and the target. Check that the device is in a stable position.
Verify the battery charge level and ensure the battery compartment is securely closed and free of debris.
To set up the device, ensure the rechargeable battery is fully charged before your first outing. Adjust the diopter dial near the eyepiece until the interface icons are sharp and clear, then use the focus ring on the lens to bring distant targets into focus. For data management, connect the monocular via the supported interface to offload media if necessary. To maintain the device, avoid touching the germanium glass of the thermal lens with your fingers; use only a professional lens cloth and optic cleaning fluid to remove smudges. Keep the device in its protective carry case when not in use to prevent scratches and protect the sensitive electronics from extreme moisture or impact.
