Troubleshooting
Hooks feel loose on the wall.
Ensure the screws are tightened securely. If the wall material is soft, use appropriate wall plugs for better grip. Check that the correct size drill bit was used for the wall plugs.
Paint chipping or damage.
Avoid using harsh cleaning agents. Clean only with a soft, damp cloth and allow to air dry. For minor chips, a touch-up paint might be considered, but test in an inconspicuous area first.
Hook is not holding weight as expected.
Verify that the item being hung does not exceed the 2 Kg maximum weight limit per hook. Ensure the hook itself is securely fastened to the wall.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: To install the Lewi Coat Hooks, you will need appropriate wall fixings (screws and wall plugs) which are not included. Determine the desired location and height, mark the drilling points through the back of the hook, drill the holes, insert wall plugs if needed, and then screw the hooks securely into the wall. Ensure the chosen wall surface is suitable for the weight capacity.
Compatibility: These hooks are compatible with most standard wall types, provided the correct fixings are used. They are best suited for indoor use in dry environments.
Care: To clean the hooks, wipe them gently with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the MDF material and the painted finish. Ensure the hooks are kept dry to prevent material degradation.
