Troubleshooting

Carrycot not clicking securely onto the pushchair frame.

Ensure the frame is fully assembled and that no debris is obstructing the connection points on both the frame and the carrycot. Try aligning the carrycot again, applying firm pressure until the click is heard.

Dream Drape™ magnets not aligning properly.

Check for any fabric bunching or obstructions. Ensure the Dream Drape™ is fully extended and smooth before attempting to attach the magnets. Gently realign the magnets if necessary.

Carrycot feels unstable on the pushchair frame.

Verify that the carrycot is correctly and fully attached to the frame. Check the weight limit (9kg) to ensure the baby is not too heavy for the carrycot's intended use.

Difficulty removing the top cover.

Ensure the zip is fully open. Gently pull the top cover away from the carrycot base once the zip is completely unfastened.
