Troubleshooting
Rattle sound is faint or inconsistent
Ensure the internal mechanism is not restricted by fabric folding; gently shake or fluff the head area to reposition the internal components.
Surface stains appearing on the plush

Setup, Compatibility & Care
No setup is required for this product; it is ready to use immediately out of the packaging. To care for the plush, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth for minor stains. For a deeper clean, submerge the plush in cold water with a mild detergent, gently massage the fabric, and allow it to air dry completely. Avoid using a tumble dryer as the high heat may affect the plush fibers or the internal rattling mechanism. Always ensure the toy is fully dry before returning it to a child to prevent moisture buildup.
