FAQs

Is this top true to size?

The top is designed for a structured, tailored fit; refer to the standard brand sizing guide for the most accurate match.

Can I wear this in the summer?

Yes, the halter style and sleeveless design make it an excellent choice for warmer weather.

What undergarments work best?

Due to the halter neckline, a strapless bra or adhesive cups are recommended for a seamless finish.

Is the fabric prone to fading?

Polyester is colourfast, but washing in cold water and avoiding direct, harsh sunlight while drying will help keep the lemon colour bright.

Does the zipper require special maintenance?

Keep the zipper free of debris and ensure it is fully closed before washing to prevent snagging.

Troubleshooting

Zipper feels stiff or difficult to close

Ensure the fabric is not caught in the track and pull the zipper tab vertically rather than at an angle.

Fabric appears wrinkled after storage

Use a handheld steamer on a low setting to gently smooth out creases without applying direct heat.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Versatile design suitable for day or night wear
  • Tailored structure provides a refined, elegant fit
  • Easy dressing with a side-zip closure
  • Classic square neckline remains a timeless wardrobe staple

Cons

  • Polyester material may require careful temperature control during washing
  • Limited to a single specific colour (Lemon)
  • Halter style may restrict compatibility with certain types of undergarments

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your garment, follow these care guidelines:

  1. Cleaning: Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water to protect the structural integrity of the fabric.
  2. Drying: Air dry whenever possible to avoid heat damage to the polyester fibers. Do not tumble dry at high temperatures.
  3. Ironing: If needed, use a cool iron or a garment steamer to remove wrinkles, keeping the iron away from the zipper area.
  4. Storage: Hang the top on a shaped hanger to maintain the structure of the neckline and bodice.
