While the fountain is IP67 rated for water resistance, it is recommended to bring it indoors or protect the electrical components (plug/transformer) from harsh weather, frost, and prolonged dampness to ensure longevity.

This depends on evaporation rates in your environment. Check the water level regularly, especially during warmer weather, and top up as needed to ensure the pump remains submerged.

It is best to use distilled or de-ionised water to prevent limescale buildup, although tap water can be used. If using tap water, more frequent cleaning may be required.

The lead wire is 10 meters long, providing flexibility in where you can place the fountain in relation to a power source.

The light pattern is determined by the fixed design of the metal cutouts. The patterns will appear more pronounced in darker conditions.

The fountain measures approximately (H) 25 x (W) 30 x (D) 30cm.

The fountain requires minimal setup, primarily filling with water and connecting to power. The pump is integrated.

Check that the power plug is securely connected to the mains. Ensure the water level in the reservoir is sufficient to cover the pump. Verify that the pump's intake is not blocked by debris.

Confirm the power supply is active. Check the connection of the LED light element (if applicable and accessible per instructions). If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Ensure the pump is fully submerged and the intake is clear. Check for any kinks in the water tubing. Clean the pump according to care instructions.

The pump may be running low on water or there might be an obstruction. Ensure sufficient water level and check for debris blocking the pump.
