The Nike Air Zoom Alphafly Next% 3 is designed for competitive runners and marathoners seeking a high-performance racing shoe that maximizes energy return and speed. Its primary benefit is the integration of advanced cushioning technology that propels the wearer forward with every stride, though the highly specialized geometry requires a period of adaptation for those accustomed to traditional trainers.

While it is a performance shoe, beginners can use it for racing. However, we recommend incorporating it into your rotation gradually due to the aggressive propulsion technology.
This shoe is optimized for asphalt, concrete, and track surfaces.
Racing shoes are built for weight reduction and responsiveness; expect the performance foam to remain optimal for approximately 150 to 250 miles.
The carbon plate provides propulsion and structural rigidity, but the high stack height means runners should have good foot strike mechanics.
No, the design is specific to paved roads and tracks. Trail running may damage the exposed foam and Air units.
The shoe is engineered for high-cadence running; increase your pace to engage the stability features of the midsole geometry.
The Atomknit upper is designed for a snug fit. Use a shoehorn to avoid damaging the heel collar while sliding your foot into the shoe.
To ensure the longevity of your Air Zoom Alphafly Next% 3, avoid wearing the shoes on rough gravel or debris-filled paths that could puncture the sole units. For cleaning, use a soft brush or damp cloth with mild soap; never submerge the shoes in water or place them in a washing machine. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Before race day, ensure you have completed several training runs in the shoes to allow your feet to adapt to the rocker-bottom profile.
