The Ochama x SONGMICS Hex Dumbbells are an essential tool for fitness enthusiasts looking to enhance their home strength training or cardio routines. These 2.5 kg weights offer a reliable cast iron core with a comfortable non-slip coating, making them perfect for beginners and intermediate users focusing on toning and muscle building. While they provide excellent stability, users should be aware that a weight variance of up to 3% is possible due to the manufacturing process.

Yes, but it is recommended to keep them away from harsh weather conditions and moisture to preserve the coating and iron core.
The hexagonal design is specifically engineered to minimize rolling, though they remain most stable on flat, hard surfaces.
Absolutely. The 2.5 kg weight is an excellent starting point for toning and learning proper lifting form.
Simply use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that could degrade the non-slip coating.
The set includes two 2.5 kg dumbbells, for a total of 5 kg.
Yes, their stable shape makes them easy to stack, but ensure they are on a level surface to prevent falling.
The manufacturer notes a weight variance of up to 3% is normal; ensure you are using both dumbbells for balanced training if you notice a discrepancy.
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove oils or sweat, then dry thoroughly with a towel.
Because these are fixed-weight dumbbells, no assembly is required—simply unbox them and they are ready for immediate use. To maintain the quality of the finish and ensure safety, wipe the dumbbells down with a damp cloth after particularly intense or sweaty sessions to prevent moisture buildup on the coating. Store them in a dry, cool place to prevent any potential oxidation. While the hexagonal design keeps them stable on flat surfaces, consider placing them on a rubber gym mat to protect your flooring from scuffs or impacts during storage.
