Troubleshooting
Doors are not closing properly or are not watertight
Check that the magnetic seals are correctly aligned and free from debris. Ensure the enclosure is perfectly level. Adjust door runners if necessary, following the manufacturer's guide.
Water is pooling in the shower tray
Verify that the fast-flow waste is clear of any blockages. Ensure the waste pipe is correctly installed and has adequate fall towards the main drain.
Glass panels appear cloudy or stained
Use a mild glass cleaner or a solution of white vinegar and water. Wipe with a soft cloth and rinse thoroughly. For stubborn marks, a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner might be suitable, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
Frame finish is discolored
Clean the frame with a soft, damp cloth only. Avoid all chemical cleaners, especially those containing bleach or ammonia, as they can damage the matt black coating.
