Setup, Compatibility & Care
For optimal safety, ensure the handrail is mounted directly into wall studs or solid masonry using appropriate fasteners. Before drilling, use a level to mark the intended path to ensure the rail is perfectly aligned with the stair pitch. Compatibility is generally high across standard residential drywall, wood, or brick walls, provided the anchors used are rated for the weight capacity of the rail. To maintain the finish, simply wipe the rail down with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as these can scratch the matt white coating and compromise the protective surface of the stainless steel.
