Troubleshooting

Furniture wobbles after assembly

Ensure all bolts and screws are fully tightened. Check that the furniture is placed on a level surface. Some models may have adjustable feet to compensate for uneven ground.

Gas fire pit not igniting or producing low flame

Verify that the gas bottle is connected correctly and has sufficient fuel. Check the gas flow regulator and ensure it is open. Clean the burner components as per the manufacturer's instructions.

Cushions becoming damp

Bring cushions indoors or use a waterproof cover when not in use, especially during rain or humid conditions. Ensure cushions are fully dry before storing them to prevent mold or mildew.

Frame shows signs of rust (unlikely with powder coating)

If minor rust spots appear, clean the area gently with a soft cloth and mild soap. Touch up with a suitable outdoor metal paint if necessary. Ensure the powder coating remains intact.
