Germination typically takes 7-21 days, depending on the conditions. The lawn should be fully established within a few months.

Yes, fertilizing will help the grass grow thick and healthy. Apply fertilizer in the spring and fall, following the manufacturer's instructions.

Mow regularly, maintaining a height of around 2-3 inches. Avoid cutting off more than one-third of the grass blade at a time.

While the seed is suitable for most soil types, it performs best in well-draining soil.

Ensure the soil is moist but not waterlogged. Check soil temperature and ensure it is within the recommended range. Consider reseeding the area.

Ensure even seed distribution during sowing. Water the area consistently. Address any soil compaction issues.

Manually remove weeds or use a selective herbicide designed for lawn use.

Fertilize the lawn. Consider overseeding to thicken the turf. Ensure proper mowing practices.
