Troubleshooting

The mount is slipping.

Tighten the clamps further, ensuring the soft strap is securely in place. Check the tube diameter to ensure it's within the mount's compatible range.

The accessory is unstable.

Verify that the accessory is properly attached to the Gizmo. Adjust the position of the Gizmo to find a more stable mounting point on the bike.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation: Open the adjustable clamps and position the Gizmo on the desired location of your bike (frame, fork, etc.). Wrap the soft strap around the tube and attach it through the Gizmo.
Tightening: Tighten the clamps securely, ensuring the Gizmo is stable and doesn't move. Do not overtighten, which could damage the mount or your bike.
Compatibility: Compatible with most bike frames, forks, handlebars, and seat posts with tube diameters between 15mm and 75mm. Ensure there is enough space to mount the Gizmo and any attached accessories without interference.
Care: Clean the Gizmo regularly with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Inspect the clamps and strap periodically for wear and tear. If the strap becomes damaged, replace it to ensure a secure fit.
