The jar measures 23cm in height, 12cm in width, and 12cm in depth.
The jar is made of standard kitchen-grade glass; however, it is not designed to withstand sudden thermal shock, so avoid using it for boiling hot liquids.
Check that the rubber seal is properly seated in the groove of the lid and is not pinched or twisted before closing the metal clip.
Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the surface. If residue persists, ensure the cloth is clean and free of oils.
Ensure no food debris is caught in the hinge mechanism; clean the hinge with a dry brush and ensure it is fully dry.
Setting up your jar is straightforward: simply wash the glass container thoroughly before first use. To ensure longevity, the glass portion may be cleaned with standard mild soap, while the pine wood lid should only be wiped clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging the wooden lid in water or using abrasive scrubbers on any part of the unit to prevent scratching or warping. The jar is designed for cabinet, shelf, or countertop placement. Ensure the rubber seal is seated correctly around the rim of the lid before engaging the metal clip to guarantee a proper airtight environment.
