FAQs
Are these toys safe for toddlers?
No, they are recommended for children aged 5 and older due to small parts and potential choking hazards.
Can I choose which food-themed squishy I get?
No, the items are supplied as an assortment and styles vary per purchase.
What is the taba-based compound?
It is a proprietary, highly elastic material developed to be extra soft and sticky for a unique sensory experience.
Do I need to apply anything to make them sticky again?
No, simply washing them with soap and water restores the natural tackiness of the material.
Can I pull them apart?
Yes, each toy has a layered core designed specifically for taking apart and putting back together.
Troubleshooting
The squishy is no longer sticky.
Wash the toy with warm water and a little soap to remove accumulated dust and lint.
The toy feels 'deformed' or has flat spots.
Gently manipulate and massage the squishy to encourage the material to return to its original shape.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Provides excellent tactile feedback for stress relief
- Durable enough to withstand repeated stretching and squishing
- Easy to clean and maintain
- Fun, collectible food-themed designs
Cons
- Styles are assorted; specific designs cannot be guaranteed per order
- Sticky surface tends to attract household dust and hair
- Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts
Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no complex setup required for Mushmeez; they are ready for play directly out of the packaging. To maintain the 'sticky' performance, keep the surface free of debris. If the squishy becomes covered in lint or loses its tackiness, follow these steps:
- Rinse the toy under lukewarm water.
- Add a tiny drop of mild hand soap.
- Gently massage the surface to remove dirt.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or scrubbing brushes, as these may damage the specialized material.
