The Dicota Commuter Reflective Backpack is designed for urban commuters and professionals who prioritize visibility and organization in their daily travels. Its primary benefit is the fully reflective exterior material that significantly increases safety during low-light conditions, paired with a versatile 16-liter capacity for laptops up to 16 inches. A notable caveat is the fixed 16-liter volume, which may feel restrictive for users who frequently need to carry bulky gym gear or excessive weekend travel items.

Yes, the bag is designed to accommodate notebooks up to 40.6 cm (16 inches).
The material is water-resistant, meaning it provides protection against light rain, but it is not intended for submersion or heavy downpours.
The backpack weighs 620 grams, making it a lightweight option for daily carry.
The side pocket is designed for standard-sized water bottles; extra-large or wide-base bottles may not fit securely.
The reflective material is passive; it works automatically whenever light (such as headlights or street lamps) hits the surface.
Yes, the internal notebook compartment is designed to provide adequate padding to protect your device during transit.
Ensure that the laptop is pushed fully into its compartment and that no fabric edges are caught in the zipper track.
Adjust both shoulder straps to equal lengths and redistribute heavier items toward the center of the main compartment.
Gently clean the affected area with a soft cloth and lukewarm water; avoid harsh chemical detergents that could damage the reflective coating.
To maximize the longevity of your Dicota Commuter Reflective Backpack, ensure you adjust the shoulder straps for a snug, balanced fit against your back before your first trip. The bag is compatible with any laptop between 13 and 16 inches; slide your device into the designated sleeve and ensure the zipper is fully closed to maintain weather resistance. For care, avoid machine washing or drying; simply wipe the fabric surface with a damp cloth and mild soap to maintain the reflective properties and structural integrity of the material. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
