Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before application, ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. If painting over previously glossed surfaces, a light sanding is required to provide 'tooth' for the new layer of paint to adhere effectively. For exterior applications, ensure the temperature is within the manufacturer's recommended range and avoid painting in direct, extreme heat or high humidity.
Cleaning is straightforward; because of the durable, high-shine nature of the finish, light dusting or a gentle wipe-down with a soft, damp cloth is sufficient. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can dull the gloss over time. Store the paint in a cool, dry place and ensure the lid is sealed tightly to prevent skinning or drying in the container.
