Troubleshooting
Bag not standing upright
Ensure the lower compartment is adequately loaded to provide stability. Distribute weight evenly.
Zippers are stiff
Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant or paraffin wax to the zipper teeth. Work the zipper back and forth gently.
Water seepage through seams
While the base is waterproof, seams may not be entirely. Avoid prolonged submersion or heavy rain exposure without additional protection for contents.
Partitions are difficult to move
Gently adjust the partitions. If they are stuck, check for any small items obstructing the track.
