Designed for professional contractors and DIY enthusiasts, these Ecoscape colour-matched screws offer a seamless finish for composite decking and cladding installations. By blending perfectly with the board surface, they provide a clean, aesthetically pleasing look that hardware-heavy alternatives cannot match. Please note that these screws require a specific No.2 Square Bit for installation, which must be sourced separately, and they are intended strictly for composite materials.

While composite materials are forgiving, we recommend pre-drilling when installing near the ends of boards to avoid potential cracking.
No, you must use a No.2 Square Bit. Using the incorrect bit will strip the screw head and prevent proper installation.
These screws are treated for exterior durability; check the product label for specific anti-corrosion ratings if your project is in a salt-air environment.
These are specifically engineered for composite materials. While they may physically fit wood, they may not provide the necessary holding power for traditional timber frames.
Refer to the installation guide provided with your specific composite decking boards, as spacing requirements vary based on the joist span.
Ensure you are using a dedicated No.2 Square Bit and check that the bit is not worn down; reduce your drill speed.
Adjust the torque setting on your drill and ensure you are holding the driver bit perfectly perpendicular to the surface.
Pre-drill a small pilot hole to relieve pressure before driving the screw into the composite material.
Before beginning your project, verify that you have a No.2 Square Bit, as standard Phillips or Flathead bits will cause damage to the screw head. To ensure the best performance, always drill a pilot hole if working near the very edge of a board to prevent splintering. These screws are designed for use with Ecoscape composite systems; using them with incompatible decking brands may result in poor fit or thermal expansion issues. To maintain the finish, avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners directly on the screw heads when cleaning your deck; a soft brush and mild soap solution are sufficient.
