Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Carefully unpack the lathe and inspect all components for any shipping damage.
- Place the lathe on a sturdy, level workbench or stand capable of supporting its weight (42kg).
- Ensure that the lathe is plugged into a 230V power supply.
- Familiarize yourself with the controls, including the speed adjustment, forward/reverse switch, and emergency stop button.
- Install the chuck and any other accessories required for your first project.

The lathe operates on a 230V power supply. Ensure your workshop has the correct electrical outlet.
Care:
- Always disconnect the power before performing maintenance.
- Keep the lathe clean and free of metal shavings and debris.
- Regularly lubricate moving parts as specified in the manufacturer's instructions.
- Check and tighten any loose bolts or screws.
- Clean the chuck and jaws regularly to ensure accurate clamping.
- When not in use, protect the lathe from dust and moisture.
- Store the lathe in a dry environment.
