Troubleshooting
Baubles have shed glitter upon arrival.
This can occasionally happen with glittered items during transit. Gently wipe away loose glitter with a dry cloth. For any significantly affected baubles, consider using a clear sealant spray (test on an inconspicuous area first) to help secure remaining glitter.
Hanging loops seem weak.
If a loop appears weak, you can reinforce it by tying a small, discreet knot in the loop itself or by using a thin piece of wire or sturdy thread to secure it to the branch, ensuring the bauble is safely attached.
Baubles are scratched.
Minor scratches on matte baubles may be difficult to remove completely. For glittered baubles, minor scratches might be less noticeable due to the reflective surface. Store baubles carefully to prevent future scratches.
