Troubleshooting

CPU is overheating.

Check the fan speed in your BIOS. Reapply thermal paste and ensure proper contact between the cold plate and the CPU. Also, ensure the radiator is free from obstructions.

Fans are not spinning.

Verify the fan connections to the motherboard and ensure the power supply is working. Check the fan settings in the BIOS.

Pump is making unusual noises.

Ensure the pump is properly connected and that no air bubbles are trapped. If the noise persists, contact ARCTIC support.

ARGB lighting not working.

Ensure the ARGB cable is properly connected to your motherboard's 3-pin connector. Check the settings in your motherboard's software to control the lighting.

Poor cooling performance.

Make sure the fans are spinning at the correct speed and that the radiator is mounted correctly. Also, check the thermal paste application.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup

Preparation: Ensure your case has space for a 360mm radiator (at least 63mm clearance). Gather the necessary tools: a screwdriver and, optionally, a Phillips head screwdriver.
Mounting: Follow the animated online manual for your specific socket (Intel or AMD). Apply the included MX-6 thermal paste in a cross pattern.
Connections: Connect the fans, VRM fan, and pump to the motherboard. Use the splitter cable for separate control or connect all to a single PWM signal.
ARGB Control: Connect the ARGB cable to your motherboard's 3-pin connector or a compatible controller.

Compatibility

Sockets: Compatible with Intel LGA1851, LGA 1700, and AMD Socket AM4/AM5.
Case: Check for case compatibility with the 360mm radiator dimensions (398 x 120 x 38 mm).
Motherboard: Be aware of potential incompatibility issues with oversized M.2 coolers in the M.2_1 slot.

Care

Dusting: Regularly clean the radiator fans and radiator with compressed air to maintain optimal airflow.
Inspections: Periodically inspect the tubing for any signs of damage or leaks.
