FAQs
Can I remove the wicker baskets entirely?
Yes, all five baskets are fully removable from the wooden frame, allowing you to move them around your home as needed.
What are the dimensions of this chest?
The chest measures 40cm in length, 29cm in width, and 90cm in height.
Is the unit pre-assembled?
Yes, the unit is delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate use.
Are the fabric liners machine washable?
Yes, they can typically be washed, but it is recommended to use a gentle cycle to preserve the fabric quality.
Can this be used in a nursery?
Absolutely, it is perfect for storing soft baby items like swaddles, socks, and diapers, provided the items do not exceed the weight capacity of the wicker.
Will the wicker scratch hardwood floors?
The unit features protective feet, but if you are concerned, placing a small felt pad under each foot is a simple way to prevent any potential scuffing.
Troubleshooting
Drawer feels stuck or difficult to pull out
Check if an item inside has tipped over and is catching on the frame, or ensure the drawer is aligned straight before pulling.
Unit feels wobbly on the floor
Verify the floor is level; if the floor is uneven, place small felt furniture pads under the shorter foot to balance the unit.
Fabric liner is sagging
Remove the liner and retie or readjust the attachment points to ensure it sits flush against the inner walls of the basket.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This product is shipped fully assembled, meaning it is ready for immediate placement. Ensure you place the unit on a flat, level surface to maintain balance across the four feet.
Care Instructions:
- Dusting: Use a soft, dry cloth or a microfiber duster to remove dust from the wicker crevices.
- Liners: If the fabric liners become dusty or stained, carefully remove them and wash according to standard laundry practices for cotton-based fabrics.
- Surface Protection: While the unit has a coated finish, avoid leaving standing water on the wooden frame. Wipe up spills immediately to maintain the longevity of the natural finish.
- Weight Limits: Distribute weight evenly across the drawers; avoid placing heavy items like thick books or kitchen appliances inside to prevent sagging of the wicker base.
