Full details
Worn or damaged carbon brushes are one of the most common reasons for your washing machine drum to stop turning. Washing machines have electric motors, and some motors have carbon brushes. The purpose of these brushes is to conduct electricity from the fixed parts of the motor through the moving parts of the motor. Symptoms of worn carbon brushes include: no wash or spin action, intermittent spins during a cycle, or large amounts of sparks coming from the motor. This pair of carbon brushes can be used on a number of Bosch, Neff and Siemens models that share the same type of motor. Please check the model fit list to ensure this part is correct for your model.
