Troubleshooting

Chassis feels stiff when folding

Ensure the seat unit is correctly positioned in the travel mode and check that no items are obstructing the folding hinges.

Wheels squeaking during use

Clean any debris or grit from the wheel hubs and apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant if necessary.

Car seat not clicking into adaptors

Ensure the adaptors are installed in the correct left and right orientations and that the car seat is aligned squarely with the locking points.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the Giggle 4 is intuitive. Begin by unfolding the chassis until it locks into place, then attach the wheels by clicking them into the designated hubs. The carrycot or pushchair seat attaches directly to the frame using the integrated mounting points.

Compatibility: The included adaptors ensure the Tote i-Size car seat clicks directly into the chassis.

Care: To maintain the system, wipe the chassis clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. The fabric components are generally removable; consult the care labels for specific washing instructions. Regularly check that the wheels are free of debris and ensure the folding mechanism remains clear of dirt to keep the action smooth.
