FAQs

What are the final dimensions of the puzzle?

The finished puzzle measures 20 inches by 27 inches.

Are the materials eco-friendly?

Yes, the puzzle is made with 90% recycled greyboard and printed with non-toxic inks.

Does it come with a poster?

It includes a reference insert that shows the full puzzle image for your convenience during assembly.

Is this suitable for children?

Due to the 1000-piece count and small parts, it is generally recommended for older children, teens, and adults.

How should I clean the surface of the puzzle?

Use a dry, soft cloth to gently wipe away any dust. Do not use water or liquid cleaners as they can damage the cardboard.

Troubleshooting

Pieces seem to fit in the wrong spot

Double-check the ribbon cut pattern against the reference insert; the high-quality die-cut ensures only one true fit per piece.

Puzzle edges feel slightly bowed

This is often due to humidity. Place a heavy, flat object like a book over the completed section for 24 hours to help flatten the pieces.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High-quality, sturdy ribbon-cut pieces
Uses environmentally conscious recycled materials
Includes a helpful full-scale reference image
Beautiful and refined artistic illustration

Cons

Vertical format may require more table space height
Intricate tile patterns can be challenging for novice puzzlers
No storage bags included for loose pieces

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin, clear a flat area measuring at least 22 by 29 inches to provide a comfortable border around the 20x27 inch puzzle. Open the box carefully to preserve the reference insert, as it will be your primary guide. For long-term care, avoid exposing the puzzle to direct sunlight or high humidity, as these can cause the board material to warp over time. If you wish to preserve the finished image, use a specialized archival-quality puzzle glue and a mounting board designed for 20x27 inch dimensions.
